A contemporary figurative work inspired by my observations of chickens and their everyday interactions. One rooster confidently takes centre stage, while another leans sideways and ducks out of the way. Expressive gestures, contrasting postures and subtle humour bring the scene to life. Beyond the humour, the composition offers a playful reflection on power, dominance and the dynamics of human relationships, including political situations.
