I never tire of painting chickens. Their distinct characters and personalities are an endless source of inspiration, and each painting reveals something new. Although they are no longer physically in my studio, they remain vividly present in my imagination. My contemporary practice is rooted in memory—through these familiar forms, I explore how remembered places, routines, and relationships continue to shape us long after they have disappeared.
